300-400g per loaf.

Best to eat on the same day, toast and eat with butter. Good for 1 week on the counter. Sliced and keep in freezer up to 1 months. 

Enjoy the goodness of sourdough, tangy flavor. Only made with unbleached flour, filtered water, and Himalaya Salt.
